Energy Solutions is seeking a Marketing Manager that willberesponsible for delivering marketing and communications initiatives that support program participation, stakeholder engagement, and brand awareness for one of Energy Solutions’ clientprograms. Thispositioncollaborates closely with program leadership, outreach partners, clients, and stakeholders to develop effective messaging, communication strategies, and marketing materials that translate technical and regulatory information into clear, accessible, and actionable content.
This role collaborates cross-functionally to plan and deliver communication campaigns, stakeholder resources, outreach activities, and educational materials that support program growth and participation.
Thisis a perfect opportunity for someone who hasstrong communication and project management skills, ability to coordinate multiple priorities simultaneously, and the capability to collaborate with diverse stakeholder groups while ensuring high-quality, consistent messaging.
This is a hybrid position where the candidate will need to come into the Chicago office 1-2 times a week.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Collaborate with the Senior Marketing Manager to develop annual marketing and communications strategies that support program participation, stakeholder engagement, and customer acquisition
- Collaborate with the Senior Marketing Manager to translate program goals, priorities, and stakeholder needs, based on advisement and approval of program leadership and outreach teams
- Develop andmaintainmarketing plans and outreach approaches, based on established systems, that support strategic programobjectivesand participation goals
- Coordinate and deliverstakeholder communications, ensuring timely,accurate, and effective messaging across multiple audiences
- Develop andmaintaincommunications calendars and communication channel strategies across email, direct mail, web, social media, and digital platforms
- Create, review, and refinemessaging to ensure technical and regulatory information is communicated clearly and effectively for target audiences
- Developannouncements, collateral, case studies, customer testimonials, social media content, webinars, training materials, and other communication assets
- Collaborate with program subject matter experts and stakeholders to research, develop, andmaintainrelevant program content
- Supportinitiatives that enhance Energy Solutions’ brand awareness, market presence, and stakeholder engagement
- Serveas a liaison between outreach partners and program leadership to align outreach activities with program objectives, escalating stakeholder needs to Senior Manager when changes in messaging, tactics, or priorities are necessary
- Coordinate and supportvirtual and in-person stakeholder events, outreach campaigns, educational forums, and engagement activities
- Gather and communicatestakeholder feedback, insights, and lessons learned to support continuous improvement of outreach and communications efforts
- Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, solar vendors, community organizations, and internal teams to support program growth and participation
