Sr. Account Manager

Our client is seeking a Senior Account Manager for a full-time, remote-flexible role based in Chicago.

This position is ideal for a client-focused marketing professional with 7–10 years of agency or consultancy experience managing integrated marketing initiatives, building long-term client relationships, and delivering strategic business solutions across global accounts.

You will serve as the primary day-to-day client partner, leading cross-functional teams across strategy, creative, digital, and project management to deliver high-quality work on time and within budget. This role requires experience managing multi-market engagements, developing project briefs, facilitating strategic discussions, and ensuring seamless collaboration between clients and internal teams.

You must have proven experience managing complex marketing projects, identifying opportunities for account growth, and acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders. Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills are essential, along with the ability to balance client expectations, business objectives, and financial performance.

This role also supports new business initiatives, account expansion, and long-term client success while contributing to a collaborative, strategic, and results-driven agency environment.
