It is designed for individuals with strong analytical capability, curiosity, and the ability to contribute to business outcomes. The role also serves as an entry point and career accelerator for high-potential talent interested in Brand Management, Marketing, or General Management.

Reporting to a Brand Manager or Senior Brand Manager, you will support key elements of brand strategy and execution across assigned businesses. You will analyze performance trends, evaluate business issues and opportunities, and translate insights into clear recommendations that support growth, profitability, and Annual Operating Plan delivery. You will partner closely with teams across insights, sales, finance, pricing, forecasting, promotion, marketing, operations, and supply chain to help move work from idea to execution.

Success in this role requires strong analytical thinking, communication, and learning agility. Candidates in this role demonstrate the ability to turn data into clear insights, connect analysis to business implications, contribute to cross‑functional work, and support decisions that drive business performance. This role follows a hybrid schedule, with four days per week in the office.

Responsibilities
  • Support key elements of brand strategy and execution across assigned businesses to deliver short‑and long-term growth goals.
  • Analyze consumer, category, customer, and competitive dynamics and translate insights into clear recommendations across product, pricing, promotion, and placement.
  • Support development and execution of key portions of the Annual Operating Plan, including performance tracking and analysis, forecasting, risk / opportunity assessment and gap solving.
  • Assess market, category, and consumption trends to identify risks, opportunities, and implications for the brand.
  • Contribute to brand business performance through analytics and execution support across innovation, marketing, consumption analytics, forecasting, commercialization, sales enablement, and P&L management.
  • Partner with cross‑functional teams across sales, finance, demand‑and behavioral science, R&D, marketing COE, and supply chain to help move work from idea to execution.
  • Apply strong analytical thinking and learning agility to evaluate information, identify implications, and support evolving business needs.
  • Communicate insights and recommendations clearly to support alignment and action across Brand and cross‑functional teams.
  • Support initiatives through key stages of development and execution, helping maintain alignment on priorities and outcomes.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, Economics, Finance, or a related field preferred for candidates entering directly from undergraduate studies.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into clear insights, implications, and recommendations.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to communicate findings clearly and effectively.
  • Curiosity and interest in understanding consumer behavior, business performance, and drivers of growth.
  • Strong communication, ownership, and collaboration skills, with the ability to contribute effectively across cross‑functional teams.
  • Digital literacy, including curiosity and willingness to learn new digital and AI‑enabled tools that support analysis, storytelling, and business decision‑making.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate data into clear insights, implications, and recommendations.
  • Interest in building a career in Brand Management, Marketing, or General Management and contributing as a core member of a Brand team.
