Job Description:

Account Executive, Employee Engagement Do you enjoy helping organizations connect with employees through meaningful communications? Are you passionate about creating content, supporting organizational change and helping people understand where their organizations are headed?

As an Account Executive, Employee Engagement at Zeno, you will support employee engagement, internal communications and change management programs for leading organizations. Working closely with account teams and clients, you will help develop communications materials, conduct research and contribute to programs that strengthen culture, improve employee experiences and support business objectives.

This role is ideal for a communications professional who enjoys both strategic thinking and hands-on execution. You'll have the opportunity to build expertise in employee engagement, internal communications and organizational change while contributing to meaningful client work.

About the Role:

Employee Engagement & Internal Communications:
Support the development and execution of employee engagement and internal communications programs that help organizations inform, engage and inspire employees.

Content Development & Storytelling:
Research, write and edit communications materials including emails, newsletters, presentations, messaging documents, leadership communications and other employee-facing content.

Research & Communications Insights:
Conduct communications research, monitor trends and identify insights that help inform strategies, content and program recommendations.

Client Support & Program Execution:
Support day-to-day client work by managing timelines, coordinating deliverables and contributing to successful communications programs.

Business & Industry Understanding:
Develop an understanding of client businesses, industries and communications challenges while staying informed on employee engagement, internal communications and change management best practices.

Team Collaboration & Professional Growth:
Partner with colleagues across disciplines, support junior team members and contribute to a collaborative environment where people can learn and grow.

About You:

2+ years of experience in public relations, internal communications, corporate communications or related fields within an agency or similar environment.

Experience supporting employee engagement, internal communications or change management programs.

Strong writing and editing skills, with experience developing content for employee, leadership or stakeholder audiences.

Experience conducting communications research and translating findings into clear recommendations.

Strong organizational skills with experience managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

Ability to think strategically while supporting day-to-day client programs.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.

Curiosity about employee engagement, workplace culture and evolving communications practices.

Collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn, contribute ideas and support team success.

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with internal communications platforms such as Firstup, Social Chorus, Qualtrics, Workplace, SharePoint or similar tools.

Experience supporting integrated communications or organizational change initiatives.
