Marketing Director

A growing real estate investment firm is seeking a Director of Marketing to lead its brand, creative strategy, and investor-facing communications.

This is a hands-on role requiring a strong combination of real estate knowledge, creative ability, and experience developing sophisticated materials for investors. The Director will translate investment strategies, property information, and financial data into compelling presentations and marketing content.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the firm’s marketing, branding, and creative strategy.
• Create investor presentations, pitchbooks, fund materials, case studies, and portfolio updates.
• Translate complex real estate and investment information into clear visual stories.
• Develop marketing materials that support fundraising and investor-relations initiatives.
• Write and edit investment summaries, executive messaging, website copy, and thought-leadership content.
• Own the design and production of digital and print collateral.
• Partner with senior leadership, investment professionals, and investor-relations teams.
• Establish consistent branding across presentations, reports, websites, and external communications.
• Manage website content, email campaigns, social media, and other marketing channels.
• Coordinate with external agencies, freelancers, photographers, and creative partners.
• Maintain a high standard of accuracy, consistency, and visual quality across all materials.

What We’re Looking For

• Approximately 7-12 years of marketing, creative, or investor-communications experience.
• Meaningful experience within commercial real estate, real estate investment, private equity, or a related financial-services environment.
• Demonstrated experience creating investor-facing presentations and capital-raising materials.
• Strong graphic design skills and a portfolio of polished professional work.
• Excellent writing, editing, and visual storytelling capabilities.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and PowerPoint.
• Ability to understand real estate investments, portfolio strategies, and financial concepts.
• Strong project-management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Comfortable operating as both a strategic leader and hands-on creator.
