ABOUT THRESHThresh is a modern digital consulting firm built for the AI era—where strategy, execution, and craft come together to deliver real outcomes with speed. Our specialty is helping organizations design, build, and scale AI-native digital products that create exceptional customer experiences and drive measurable value. We equip clients to separate signal from noise, moving from AI experimentation to operational adoption.
At Thresh, how we show up in the market is an extension of the craft we bring to client work. Our voice—across our brand, our founders, and our people—is one of our most valuable assets. Most of Thresh are builders; this role is the communicator who gives that work a voice and connects it to the emotional core of why it matters.
ROLEOVERVIEW
The Content & Editorial Lead runs Thresh's brand content and thought‑leadership engine—the person who turns what we build into stories people understand and connect with. This is a role for someone who genuinely loves social media and content: who is happy spending their days living in the feeds, building and growing channels, watching what lands, and creating the next thing. You will own how Thresh sounds and shows up across brand and founder channels alike, from the Thresh company page and website to our two founders' Linked In profiles and our newsletter over time.
This is equal parts brand and executive content. It is a producer's role and a maker's role: you'll set the strategy and cadence, and you'll also roll up your sleeves and help create. You'll extract raw thinking from a company of makers and shape it into a voice—warm, sharp, and unmistakably Thresh. Where needed you will work with outside content agencies or creators—owning the relationship, the calendar, and the standards regardless of who drafts.
Above all, you are the person who makes content actually happen, and makes it feel human.
- Define and grow Thresh's brand presence across social channels, with a focus on Linked In across both the Company page/feed and founder profiles and posts
- Set the content strategy and editorial calendar for the brand and founders, experiment constantly with what resonates, and use what you learn to sharpen voice and grow reach
- Create and maintain Thresh-owned voice guides, prompt libraries, and content templates so the engine compounds over time and the marginal cost of great content drops
- Own an interview-based content motion: run recorded sessions with the founders and team on a reliable weekly/bi‑weekly cadence, using a structured framework (industry commentary, client story, company/product POV, and the personal) to reliably produce multiple posts per person and feed
- Turn raw thinking into polished drafts in each person's authentic voice, leveraging Thresh's AI tooling, then manage a fast, low‑friction approval pass so posting actually happens
- Build and protect the cadence—weekly planning, nudges, scheduled posting times, and calendar discipline—so the program runs without depending on any one executive's free time
- Brand / company page: Thresh's institutional voice and proof—brand storytelling, case studies, thesis pieces, newsletter cross‑posts—grown as a real audience, not a bulletin board
- Founder channels (two lanes): Develop and maintain genuinely distinct voices and audience strategies for each founder so they reach different personas rather than echoing each other
- Multi-surface calendar: Build and manage a single unified content calendar spanning brand, founder, website, and newsletter—so the surfaces reinforce one another rather than operating in silos
- Own the relationship with any external content agency or contractors—briefing,…
