We are seeking an Associate Lead Planner to support Wedding Management clients and contribute to a highly organized, detail-driven planning environment.

This role focuses on the final stages of planning and full wedding day execution. You will be responsible for managing logistics, communicating clearly with clients and vendors, and ensuring each event is executed with care and composure.

This is not an entry-level position. The right candidate will already be comfortable leading within a wedding day environment.

• Supporting Wedding Management clients in the final planning phase
• Managing timelines, logistics, and vendor communication
• Leading wedding day execution with professionalism and calm authority
• Anticipating needs and solving problems proactively
• Contributing to a seamless, well-supported client experience
• Collaborating closely with a team of creatives

This role is best suited for someone who:

• Has prior professional experience in wedding planning or event production
• Is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Communicates clearly and professionally in both written and verbal settings
• Maintains composure and confidence in fast-paced environments
• Values a calm, thoughtful approach to planning
• Is seeking a part-time role and is comfortable with a flexible schedule
• Is interested in growing into increased responsibility over time

• Part-time position
• Hours vary based on event schedule and planning needs
• Weekend availability is required for wedding days
• Some weekday availability for planning and meetings

• $25/hour during initial onboarding period (first 90 days)
• Increase in hourly rate following a successful 90-day review

• Minimum of one year of professional wedding planning or production experience
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail and problem-solving ability
• Proficiency in spreadsheets and planning tools
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to event locations
• Availability for evenings and weekends
