About the Role

We are seeking an Associate Lead Planner to support Wedding Management clients and contribute to a highly organized, detail-driven planning environment.

This role focuses on the final stages of planning and full wedding day execution. You will be responsible for managing logistics, communicating clearly with clients and vendors, and ensuring each event is executed with care and composure.

This is not an entry-level position. The right candidate will already be comfortable leading within a wedding day environment.

Schedule & Structure
  • Part-time position
  • Hours vary based on event schedule and planning needs
  • Weekend availability is required for wedding days
  • Some weekday availability for planning and meetings
Compensation
  • $25/hour during initial onboarding period (first 90 days)
  • Increase in hourly rate following a successful 90-day review
Qualifications
  • Minimum of one year of professional wedding planning or production experience
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving ability
  • Proficiency in spreadsheets and planning tools
  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel to event locations
  • Availability for evenings and weekends
