Position Overview:

The Associate Marketing Specialist will support cross-functional initiatives to enhance brand visibility and business growth. This role is crucial in ensuring brand consistency and operational efficiency as our company continues to expand. The ideal candidate has a high level of attention to detail and is a collaborative, adaptable professional eager to contribute to a rapidly expanding organization.

Essential Job Functions:
  • Support the Marketing department in coordinating and managing national integrated marketing programs and industry conferences, including trade show booths, sponsor ships, advertising, social media campaigns, and client/partner receptions.
  • Coordinate event and conference logistics, including venue and F&B selection, employee registration, housing arrangements, packing and shipping, budget tracking, reception invite management, and on-site execution.
  • Assist with the development of event materials such as timelines, run-of-show documents, and post-event evaluations to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Identify and establish relationships with external vendors for event needs.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure events are strategically aligned with company goals and objectives.
  • Manage event registration platforms and post-event surveys to capture feedback and measure success.
  • Serve as a liaison between operating companies to support communication, planning, and coordination.
  • Serve as the primary resource for corporate office promotional products inventory, proactively reviewing and replenishing based on ongoing needs.
  • Uphold brand standards and serve as a resource for brand compliance across marketing initiatives and events.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 3 years of experience in a B2B marketing organization, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • Experience supporting corporate events, conferences, or trade shows.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms, particularly Hub Spot, as well as project management tools such as Asana.
  • Experience with Cvent and/or Cvent-certified a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively convey information at all levels, both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Occasionally lift and carry equipment and/or materials weighing up to 15 pounds.
