Account Supervisor – Regulated Category
We’re looking for an Account Supervisor to co‑lead the day‑to‑day stewardship of a major regulated brand within a dynamic category and integrated agency environment. This role is for a strategic, creatively ambitious leader who thrives at the intersection of client partnership, cross‑functional collaboration, and best‑in‑class execution.
Responsibilities- Take on a multifaceted role within the business leadership team.
- Help shape traditional campaign and promotion‑centric big brand advertising.

- Work on one of the most historic agency/client relationships in the industry – with 70+ years of partnership.

Hard
Skills:
- Experience managing integrated campaigns, including brand, promotional and omni‑channel initiatives.
- Proven ability to manage creative and content production across channels – owned, paid, in‑store, POS, etc.
- Experience writing or contributing to creative briefs, guiding creative development and evaluating work.
- Ability to collaborate with mid‑ to senior‑level clients and lead day‑to‑day communication independently.
- Comfort collaborating across departments and with partner agencies.
- Understanding of production processes (digital, motion, print) and shepherding work from briefing to delivery.
- Ability to assess the health of the business and identify risks related to timelines, scope, budget or resource needs.
- Proficiency with common agency tools for workflow, asset management, project tracking and reporting (e.g., Workfront, SharePoint).
- Strong sense of accountability, ownership and follow‑through – essential for managing a complex, high‑volume account.
Soft Skills:
- Proactive, solutions‑oriented approach with anticipation of client needs and issue resolution.
- Critical thinker that brings value‑added ideas to build the client’s business.
- Strong, clear communicator – translating complex information for clients and internal teams.
- Comfortable leading meetings, presenting work and managing client relationships with polish and diplomacy.

Must Haves:
- Agency experience (6+ years), self‑starter, strong critical thinking, experience managing scope and budgets.
- Soft skills:
adaptability, growth mindset, strong attention to detail. - Knowledge/Category experience: CPG and/or regulated category experience is a plus; preferably worked within Workfront or other PM software.
Additional Skills Preferred:
- AI proficiency, integrated agency experience, management experience developing junior talent.
- Paid media experience (creative development, production & talent management).
- Budget management.

CompensationUSD $75,050.00 – $ Annually. Compensation is determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant.
