The Fifty/50 Group is hiring a Creative Marketing Manager to join our group.

Reporting directly to owners Scott Weiner, along with our Operating Partners, the role of the Creative Marketing Manager is to support the efforts that drive awareness of the Fifty/50 Restaurant Group Masterbrand, the various restaurant brands, and individual restaurant and bar properties. This individual supports and will improve the level of creative marketing and design for The Fifty/50 Group's growing company, updating older concepts, maintaining others, and being a part of the growth in our new ones.

The Fifty/50 Group is opening three new restaurants in the Chicago Loop located nearby award-winning Kindling at Willis Tower.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Graphic Design with a basic understanding of the main Adobe products. Ability to create animation, digital design for social, paid social, email marketing and develop in-store display
  • Email Management
    :
    Overseeing, creating, and executing targeted marketing campaigns along with our email-marketing partner.
  • Website Management
    :
    Maintenance, and updates of some company websites. Wordpress knowledge is a plus.
  • In-Store Promotional Content
    :
    Designing and producing collateral materials using graphic software.
  • New Store Marketing Strategies
    :
    Being aware of and involved with our third-party agencies work and strategies for our new store openings.
  • Social Media Management
    :
    Creating, curating, and overseeing content across all platforms that managed in-house.
  • Community Outreach
    :
    Organizing and executing initiatives to engage with the local community. Public Relations outreach in our communities, especially the neighborhood locations, is a must.
  • Internal Communication
    :
    Collaborating with various management teams to ensure alignment and effectiveness.
  • Influencer & Third Party Management
    :
    Managing third party social media groups, public relations groups, and active involvement in securing influencers for our brands.
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Managing editorial / promotional calendar and execution of market-specific initiatives ensuring all initiatives are being reflected.
  • Spend time in our locations when our guests are there. This means happy hours, dinner hours, and often weekends.
    This is a fun and social job. Not a 9-5 and non-negotiable.
  • Cross-functionally supporting our store teams and marketing/PR agencies on newsletter, events and activations
  • Supporting marketing and communication projects from ideation to development, execution and measurement.
  • Support and track changes in brand messaging; style-guide, voice, photography use case, email templates.
  • Continuous awareness of communication analytics, offering recommendations based on guest usage, integrating KPI with digital marketing
  • Collaborating with our culinary leaders and operations teams, i.e. customer journey, menu updates, digital and social to amplify marketing communication across all platforms.
  • Collaborate with Influencers and design and concept of reels, Tik Tok, posts
  • Interfacing with external agencies, to support awareness building initiatives, around our brands, and help drive traffic to the various stores and locations.
  • Coordinating and execution of media interests as directed, and ensuring effective contact and design deliverable
  • CRM & Digital Marketing Support
  • Develop and execute in-platform email newsletter templates, incorporating email design best practices
  • Design creative for seasonal and integrated digital campaigns, including emails, paid social, organic social
  • Stay up-to-date on digital design trends and best practices, identifying and incorporating new opportunities into The Fifty/50 Groups brand and design
REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Hospitality, or other related fields.
  • Minimum two years' experience in a similar role, preferably within multi-unit hospitality
  • Proven experience in Marketing, Digital, Data, Advertising, PR, Communications, and Campaigns
  • Strong English language skills, both written and verbal, with exceptional content writing ability
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
  • Personal Presentation that reflects the cleanliness, professionalism, and excitement that we strive to create in our establishments.
