Skai is seeking a Senior Marketing Operations Manager to lead automation and operational excellence in the global demand generation function.
Responsibilities- Redesign workflows with AI and automation.
- Manage multi-channel campaigns.
- Own campaign infrastructure and data integrity.
- Drive performance and pipeline accountability.
- Workflow automation.
- Campaign execution.
- Data flow design.
- Budget management.
- Cross-functional coordination.
- 5+ years in B2B demand generation or marketing operations in SaaS.
- Experience with AI GTM tools like Clay and Hockey Stack.
- Strong skills in marketing automation platforms, CRM, reporting tools, and project management.
The position is full-time, hybrid (three days in office), based in Chicago, Illinois, with a salary range $100,000 to $110,000 plus bonus eligibility.
