Business Development Coordinator

Our client, a prominent Am Law firm, is seeking a Business Development Coordinator to support strategic growth initiatives across multiple practice and industry groups.

• Support business development and marketing initiatives across practice groups and industry teams.
• Assist with RFPs, pitches, proposals, and client presentations.
• Maintain attorney biographies, experience databases, practice descriptions, and marketing collateral.
• Coordinate legal directory and award submissions, including Chambers and Legal 500.
• Conduct competitive intelligence and market research.
• Support sponsor ships, conferences, and business development events.
• Assist with practice group planning, budgeting, and strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with attorneys and cross-functional departments throughout the firm.

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years of business development, marketing, or professional services experience.
• Prior law firm or professional services experience required.
• Strong writing, proofreading, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with CRM platforms, proposal tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Salary: $60,000 - $83,000+ based on experience.
• Generous overtime eligibility.
• Performance bonus opportunities.
