The Role
A top global fire & safety management firm is seeking a hands‑on, commercially minded Group Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives across four businesses in the Americas. This is a player‑coach role for someone who can develop strategy, turn it into an actionable plan, and personally drive execution.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute the annual marketing strategy and plan across four businesses.
- Manage multiple priorities, campaigns, content, websites, and trade shows.
- Lead and manage external marketing agencies and vendors.
- Oversee digital marketing, social media, content, email, SEO and lead‑generation initiatives.
- Partner closely with sales, business leaders and product teams to support growth.
- Develop marketing KPIs and analyze results to improve performance and ROI.
- Manage marketing resources, budgets and priorities across multiple businesses.
- Support product launches, sales enablement and customer‑facing marketing initiatives.
- Serve as a trusted marketing partner to business leaders and professionally challenge priorities when appropriate.
- Personally step into projects when needed—this is not a purely strategic or oversight role.
- 7–10+ years of marketing experience, ideally in B2B, industrial or manufacturing environments.
- Proven ability to combine strategy with hands‑on execution.
- Experience supporting multiple businesses, brands or product lines.
- Strong agency/vendor and project management experience.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Comfortable working independently and managing competing priorities.
- Mature, confident and collaborative with the ability to navigate conflict professionally.
- Experience with digital marketing, websites, content, social media and lead generation.
- Experience with Hub Spot or similar marketing automation/CRM platforms is preferred.
Amazing base salary + bonus and full benefits package.
Travel:
Approximately 25% periodically to other locations, trade shows and customer meetings.
