Copy Supervisor- (DTC Pharmaceutical Experience Required)
We are seeking a talented and experienced Copy Supervisor to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in copywriting, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for storytelling. As a Copy Supervisor, you will oversee the copywriting team and ensure the delivery of high-quality, engaging content that aligns with brand voice and marketing objectives.
Essential duties and responsibilities include being curious, empathetic, thoughtful, inspiring, persuasive, a team player, a go-getter, and demonstrating a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion through continuous development, modeling inclusive behaviors, and proactively managing bias. All other duties as assigned.
What are we looking for? A bachelor's degree (or equivalent education plus professional experience) is required. Five to seven years of writing experience in marketing, advertising, or a related field is required. Two to four years of pharmaceutical writing experience is preferred. Experience with conceptual work, digital executions, social experiences, out-of-home extensions, and banners is also required. Know-how for writing in a digital landscape from strategy development to banners to sites to SEO is necessary.
Experience with complex projects that include internal and external account and creative teams is also required.
