We are seeking a Digital Content Project Specialist to support a large-scale hotel website content migration initiative. This individual will help migrate and build hotel property websites within a new content management platform while ensuring content meets established brand standards, provides a strong user experience, and follows SEO best practices.
This is a hands‑on digital content role combining content management, website production, quality assurance, and project coordination. The specialist will work closely with a Project Manager and Digital Content Operations leadership while supporting hotel properties throughout the migration process.
The ideal candidate has 1–2+ years of digital or website content experience, hands‑on exposure to a CMS, and strong attention to detail. Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) experience is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities- Support the day‑to‑day execution of a large‑scale website content migration project.
- Build and update hotel property websites within a new CMS/platform.
- Complete digital content tasks and workflows according to established project timelines and priorities.
- Migrate, enter, format, review, and publish website content within the CMS.
- Ensure website content adheres to established brand standards and guidelines.
- Create and optimize digital content while maintaining SEO best practices.
- Review website pages for content accuracy, consistency, formatting, usability, and overall quality.
- Collaborate with project leadership and internal stakeholders to resolve content issues and keep migration activities moving forward.
- Maintain project calendars and track upcoming digital content projects, deliverables, and deadlines.
- Balance assigned project work with independent execution in the CMS.
- Support hotel properties throughout the website migration process.
- 1–2+ years of professional experience in digital content, website management, digital marketing, or a related field.
- Hands‑on experience working within a Content Management System (CMS).
- Understanding of SEO fundamentals and digital content best practices.
- Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and content‑quality skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency across a high volume of website content.
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to manage deadlines and multiple assignments.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a project‑based environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
- Experience with website migrations, redesigns, or large‑scale content updates.
- Basic knowledge of HTML
