You will own the client lifecycle marketing strategy to engage, retain, and grow the lifetime value of Smokeball's customers, working closely with Client Success and Product Marketing on GTM campaigns and new features.
This hybrid role combines client advocacy with brand storytelling, including case studies, testimonials, webinars, and a referral program.
