Associate Creative Director, Copywriter

We serve our clients from offices around the world. Passionate about building brands in diverse categories, we handle accounts of all sizes, from local to global, crossing all communication channels. We're currently hiring an Associate Creative Director, Copywriter for one of our newest wins, one of the largest healthcare, pharmacy, and consumer wellness brands in the US. You will concept and execute a variety of deliverables including integrated brand campaigns, retail and shopper marketing, CRM and lifecycle communications, healthcare enrollment and member communications, patient education, social and content creation, retail media and commerce assets, in-store experiences, personalization programs, and AI-enabled creative production.

This high conceptual thinker is responsible for generating, co-managing and co-directing the look, tone and feel of all on-strategy creative ideas across multiple mediums. This role is project by project so you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of clients.

Key Accountabilities

• Provide superior writing skills to concept against different deliverables, including but not limited to; manifestos, scripts, digital and content, developing campaigns, activations, social posts, and more across multiple projects, deliverables and clients simultaneously
• Self-edit and review all deliverables for grammatical and formatting issues, ensuring strategy alignment as well as clients' tone, style, audience, and objectives
• Develop superior creative solutions that successfully live across all forms of media and reflect a firm understanding of the communications objective, client nuances and timing/budget parameters

Person Specification

• 7+ years of experience in the creative advertising industry
• Bachelors in advertising, Marketing or related field
• In lieu of degree, equivalent experience in a relevant field required
• Demonstrate strong leadership, presentation, and client relationship skills
• Keen attention to detail
• Professional, outgoing, friendly, fearless, and resilient
• Demonstrated creative success on wide range of client work

Employees who live within a commutable distance of one of our hub offices, currently located in Chicago, metro Detroit, Los Angeles, and New York City, are required and expected to work from the office three days per week (two days per week for employees based in Los Angeles).

Dentsu may designate other Hub offices at any time. Those who live outside a commutable range may be designated as remote, depending on the role and business needs. Regardless of your work location, we expect our employees to be flexible to meet the needs of our Company and clients, which may include attendance in an office.

The hourly pay range for this position is $74.27 - $99.08. The hourly pay rate for the successful candidate is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law. Temporary employees are eligible for paid holidays in accordance with dentsu policy, as well as safe and sick time. This position is not eligible for any other benefits or other compensation.
