Senior Search Specialist – Search, Discovery

• Execute, manage, and optimize paid search campaigns and emerging AI-powered search initiatives
• Analyze campaign performance, identify trends and opportunities, and develop data-driven recommendations across retail, pharmacy, and clinic business lines
• Leverage data sources and analytical tools to evaluate performance, develop hypotheses, and support testing strategies focused on incremental growth
• Partner with SEO, Marketing, Analytics, and Media teams on integrated search strategies
• Communicate performance insights, optimization recommendations, and test results to stakeholders
• Contribute to the evolution of the Search Center of Excellence

• 2+ years of paid search experience supporting results-driven SEM programs
• Working knowledge of search automation, audience targeting, privacy regulations, and Smart Bidding strategies, including tCPA and tROAS optimization within Google Ads
• Strong analytical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to translate data into effective PowerPoint presentations and recommendations
• Demonstrated communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional environments
• Ability and willingness to work onsite 1 to 2 days per week
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
