Job Responsibilities

Your Role

  • Support the coordination of marketing campaigns and projects by partnering with internal teams and external vendors to help ensure work is completed on time and aligned with business objectives.
  • Assist with managing project workflows, timelines, deliverables, approvals, and project status within the team's project management tools.
  • Help plan and coordinate project kickoffs, status meetings, and other campaign-related activities.
  • Monitor project milestones and deadlines, identifying risks and helping keep projects on track.
  • Support process documentation and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency across the marketing organization.
  • Assist with campaign tracking and attribution efforts, including UTM creation and link management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and gain exposure to multiple marketing disciplines and functions.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum GPA requirement of 3.0.
  • Demonstrated interest in marketing operations, project management, campaign management, or process improvement.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Interest in how marketing campaigns are planned, executed, tracked, and measured.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Interest in emerging technologies, including AI, and their application in marketing.
