Our Intern/Management Trainee Program provides post-graduates the opportunity to gain practical marketing knowledge and experience by contributing to various client account teams in a stimulating agency environment. We are currently interviewing post-graduates only for this position.

• Support account team(s) in all aspects of client program planning and execution
• Conduct market/target demographic research
• Conduct market venue research
• Maintain solid communication with direct team and corresponding departments
• Coordinate the production of creative program elements
• Coordinate with agency vendors & suppliers
• Facilitate weekly account team meetings including scheduling and agenda preparation
• Assist with program reporting and documentation to clients
• Contribute to shipping/inventory responsibilities as needed
• Assist in strategic planning brainstorms for current and potential clients

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or communications (preferred but not required)
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Experience in MS Office programs including Word, Excel and Power Point
• Self-motivated, highly organized, detail-oriented
• Enthusiastic “can do” attitude, highly motivated
• Some travel may be required
• Strategic thinker
