Paid Search Associate

• Manage Google ad campaigns related to search across multiple product lines and business units
• Analyze campaign performance to optimize planning and execute digital strategies that maximize ROI
• Evaluate, approve and execute email campaigns
• Monitor email campaign performance and manage lists
• Prepare clear, informative reports for paid search activities
• Develop an in-depth understanding of marketing tactics within Google's ad programs

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising or a related field
• 1+ years of experience directly managing paid search programs or in-depth data analysis
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google AdWords and Google Analytics
• Excellent communication, analytical and project management skills
• Must complete a pre-employment hair follicle drug screening
• Ability to work on-site
