Job PurposeJWI is an engineering and construction firm looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join the marketing team. The coordinator will facilitate daily marketing functions, including proposals, internal & external communications, client relationship tracking, and industry research, and support the growth of JWI’s pursuit pipeline and strategic tactics.
Duties And Responsibilities- Coordinate with the Senior Marketing Manager, Operational VPs, and Client Leads
- Review and report RFP, RFQs, and other proposal requests from clients
- Produce Statements of Qualifications or Capabilities for all service sectors where JWI performs work
- Act as contact point for assigned proposals, organizing requirements, creating a visual and written narrative, and maintaining a calendar of all internal proposal deadlines
- Research industry buying plans and news outlets to track future growth opportunities and help support operational staff in strategic planning
- Generate reports from multiple news and agency sources
- Write, edit, and design documents and communications that reflect JWI’s vernacular
- Create content for the website, social media, and additional marketing collateral as needed
- Establish working relationships with JWI staff across the company
- Eager to meet others and learn about their roles to determine how marketing can support their work
- Perform other related duties as required and assigned
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- 3‑5 years of marketing experience in the A/E/C industry
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously with varying priorities
- Strong collaborative and organizational skills
- Self‑motivated research, summarization, and reporting on industry news and agency programs
- Excellent time management to meet deadlines
- Creativity and attention to detail
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, is required
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 360 is preferred
- Experience with corporate websites & social media is a plus
