eCommerce Optimization Specialist Hybrid | $70,000 - $80,000 Annually Are you passionate about eCommerce, digital marketing, and optimizing online shopping experiences? Do you enjoy using data, SEO, and marketplace insights to drive results? If so, we'd love to meet you.

We're looking for an eCommerce Optimization Specialist to help elevate our presence across major online marketplaces, including Amazon and Walmart. In this role, you'll own the digital shelf experience, optimize product content for maximum visibility and conversion, and help shape how customers discover and engage with our products online.

What You'll DoAs our eCommerce Optimization Specialist, you'll play a key role in driving marketplace growth by:

Optimizing product listings, content, and digital shelf experiences across Amazon, Walmart, and other marketplaces.

Creating compelling, SEO-driven product titles, bullet points, descriptions, and backend content that improve discoverability and conversion.

Developing and managing Amazon A+ Content, Premium A+ Content, Brand Stores, and enhanced content experiences.

Conducting competitive analysis, content audits, and keyword research to identify optimization opportunities.

Partnering with content, marketing, sales, and product teams to create impactful digital assets, imagery, videos, and rich media.

Monitoring marketplace performance, including search visibility, click-through rates, engagement, and conversion metrics.

Leveraging testing and experimentation to improve content effectiveness and overall shopping experiences.

Staying ahead of marketplace trends, AI-driven search technologies, and evolving eCommerce best practices.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, marketplace management, or a related field.

Experience working within Amazon Vendor Central, Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Item 360, or similar marketplace platforms.

Strong understanding of marketplace SEO, keyword research, and product listing optimization.

Experience with tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Data Dive, Pacvue Commerce, or similar platforms.

Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision making.

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications Experience creating and optimizing Amazon A+ Content and Brand Stores.

Familiarity with AI-powered tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar technologies.

Understanding of modern marketplace algorithms, semantic search, and AI-driven discovery experiences.
