Role
Associate Director of Omnichannel Marketing Execution, translating brand strategies into dynamic, trigger-based customer journeys for HCP and patient/DTC audiences across multiple brands.
Responsibilities- develop and optimize end-to-end journey blueprints
- define audience segmentation and channel strategies
- design real-time, behavior-triggered campaigns incorporating next-best-action logic
- oversee technical build and execution through Veeva CRM and marketing orchestration platforms
- Collaborate with brand teams, analytics, medical, market access, and external agencies
- manage journey performance and continuous improvement via test-and-learn plans
- partner with data infrastructure teams for real-time signals
- Bachelor's in marketing or related field
- 7–10 years in pharma/biotech marketing with omnichannel or CRM strategy experience, including building trigger-based customer journeys
- working knowledge of Veeva CRM, Hub Spot, Marketo, or Salesforce
- experience in HCP and patient/DTC marketing
- people management skills
- strong stakeholder management in a matrixed environment
- familiarity with FDA regulations governing promotional communications
- multi-brand experience
- CDP concepts
- exposure to regulated environments
