Managing Account Supervisor, Corporate Affairs

• Develop client programs, manage projects, write strategic plans, report on trends, develop staff, and manage finances
• Serve as key liaison among clients, account teams, and agency management
• Manage day-to-day account needs and foster client-agency relationships
• Provide strategic guidance, anticipate and address client needs, and troubleshoot problems
• Motivate team members, review work, provide constructive feedback, and encourage professional development
• Build knowledge of clients’ businesses and competitive environments
• Develop proactive and reactive media strategies, thought leadership, and executive visibility programming
• Write and edit internal communications, correspondence, and plans
• Manage account financials, including budgets, timesheets, billing, invoicing, and purchase orders
• Leverage agency resources to deliver value to clients
• Build incremental business and participate in new business programming and presentations
• Monitor industry trends and share relevant insights with clients and associates

• At least 6 years of experience in a public relations agency or similar position
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines while managing multiple projects and teams
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and manage priorities
• Bachelor’s degree in communications, Public Relations, Journalism, English, Marketing, or a related field preferred

Proficient in delivering media strategies and internal communications that align with client needs and industry trends.
