Responsibilities:- Own day-to-day community management across all social platforms, responding to comments, DMs, tags, and customer inquiries while serving as the voice of the brand.
- Build, grow, and nurture engaged online communities that increase brand awareness, loyalty, and consumer advocacy.
- Monitor social sentiment, brand mentions, and emerging trends, translating insights into recommendations for marketing, product, and customer experience teams.
- Identify, recruit, and support micro-creators and UGC partners, developing creative briefs and coordinating creator campaigns with agency partners.
- Collaborate with the creative team and social agency to shape content strategy, identify real-time engagement opportunities, and support social campaigns.
- Manage consumer-facing customer service across social channels, email, website inquiries, and merchandise support, escalating issues to the appropriate internal teams.
- Track engagement metrics, community growth, and brand sentiment while continuously optimizing community-building strategies.
- Stay immersed in Gen Z culture, music, memes, and emerging social trends to identify opportunities for authentic, real-time brand engagement.
- 1–3 years of community management or social media experience for a consumer-facing brand, preferably within CPG, beverage, lifestyle, entertainment, or another culturally relevant industry.
- Exceptional copywriting skills with the ability to write in a bold, witty, fast-paced, and culturally relevant brand voice.
- Experience managing high-volume social engagement, including responding to large volumes of comments, DMs, and customer interactions in real time.
- Deep understanding of Gen Z culture, internet trends, meme culture, music, and emerging social platforms, with a passion for staying ahead of what's relevant.
- Experience using social media management, community management, and social listening tools to monitor engagement and brand sentiment.
- Comfortable supporting creator and influencer programs by identifying talent, writing creative briefs, and collaborating with agency partners.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage customer escalations while protecting brand reputation.
- Self-motivated, collaborative, and adaptable, with the flexibility to monitor social channels outside of standard business hours when needed.
