Senior Marketing Associate – Social, U.S. Card Performance Marketing

• Partner with the channel team to plan and implement Meta campaigns on Facebook and Instagram
• Scope future tests with Meta and channel teams, including creative testing, audience testing, and new placements
• Coordinate with Compliance, Brand Marketing, Customer Experience, Analytics, Data, and Technology teams to execute Meta strategies end to end
• Partner with the QA associate to maintain platform documentation, plan launch timings, and ensure well-managed processes
• Create creative briefs to support upcoming tests and maintain the channel creative library
• Support the U.S. Card Performance Marketing social team’s acquisition strategy for Meta
• Contribute to the channel learning agenda through campaign testing and optimization

• Bachelor’s Degree or Military Experience
• At least 2 years of experience in paid social marketing working with Meta platforms Facebook & Instagram
• At least 1 year of experience trafficking Meta campaigns
• At least 2 years of experience with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
• At least 1 year of experience with Google Suite applications
• Preferred: at least 3 years of experience in paid social marketing with knowledge of Meta (Facebook & Instagram) in the performance marketing space
• Preferred: at least 2 years of ad operations experience at a digital marketing agency with a strong background in Meta campaign trafficking and management
• Preferred: familiarity producing and optimizing both static and video creative for Meta
• Preferred: experience in other social media or digital marketing channels such as You Tube, Tik Tok, Display, etc.
• Preferred: at least 2 years of experience in project management or 2 years of experience at a digital marketing agency

• Self-starter with strong organizational skills, ownership mentality, ability to prioritize workloads, and fast learner of new digital marketing and social media platforms and tools
• Comfortable working with large data sets in Excel / Google Sheets and familiar with common performance marketing metrics
• Strong ability to create presentations and clearly communicate through PowerPoint / Google Slides

Proficient in data analysis and project management, with strong organizational skills and the ability to collaborate across multiple teams.
