Are you a client-facing marketing professional who loves driving strategy, managing integrated campaigns, and building lasting relationships?
An established, growing marketing agency is seeking a Marketing Account Manager to lead and execute integrated marketing programs for a diverse portfolio of B2B clients. This is not a sales role
. Instead, you'll serve as a trusted advisor, project leader, and day-to-day client contact, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, on budget, and with measurable impact.
- Milwaukee-area candidates: Hybrid schedule with regular in-office collaboration
- Chicago-area candidates: Travel to the Milwaukee office approximately 1-2 times per month

Role Requirements:- 5+ years of marketing, communications, PR, or agency account management experience
- Proven success managing client relationships and multi-channel marketing programs
- Exceptional writing, presentation, and communication skills
- Experience managing budgets, timelines, and multiple concurrent projects
- Agency experience strongly preferred
- B2B and/or manufacturing marketing experience is a plus
- Comfortable leveraging AI and emerging technologies to improve efficiency and execution
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Advertising, or related field
- Manage client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact across multiple accounts
- Lead integrated marketing initiatives spanning:
- Public Relations
- Content Marketing
- Social Media
- Digital Marketing
- Thought Leadership
- Develop marketing plans, presentations, articles, news releases, social content, and other communications
- Oversee project timelines, scopes, budgets, and deliverables while collaborating with creative, strategy, and leadership teams
- Present recommendations and results to client stakeholders, including executive leadership
- Support new business efforts through proposals, presentations, and agency marketing initiatives
