Regional Field Marketing and Growth Manager

A leading consulting organization is seeking a Regional Field Marketing and Growth Manager to help drive regional growth and business development initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, sales enablement, business development, and account-based marketing (ABM). The ideal candidate is equally comfortable developing strategy, analyzing data, creating client-facing materials, and executing creative growth initiatives that help teams win new business.

Partner with regional leadership and business development teams to identify and engage high-priority target accounts. Develop prospect intelligence, executive briefing materials, presentations, and sales enablement content. Create and execute account-based marketing (ABM) and field marketing campaigns. Analyze market and prospect data to uncover growth opportunities and inform outreach strategies. Support conferences, events, executive round tables, and relationship‑building initiatives. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to bring innovative growth and marketing ideas to life.

6+ years of experience in ABM, field marketing, revenue marketing, growth marketing, or sales enablement. Strong B2B marketing experience required. Ability to balance strategy and hands‑on execution. Experience developing prospect‑focused campaigns and client‑facing content. Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and communication skills. Experience in professional services, consulting, financial services, legal, accounting, technology, or other consultative sales environments is highly preferred. Collaborative, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
