The Integrated Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, coordinating, and optimizing integrated marketing programs that support customer engagement, order frequency, and long‑term customer value. This role translates customer and business insights into cross‑channel marketing plans and coordinates execution with channel owners and other business partners.

• Develop and maintain the integrated marketing roadmap for assigned customer journeys, merchandising priorities, and seasonal business objectives.
• Coordinate cross‑channel campaign planning, including audience selection, content and offer alignment, execution readiness, and performance measurement.
• Partner with customer strategy, content, promotions, category management, merchandising, and pricing teams to develop communication plans supporting priority categories, suppliers, and growth initiatives.
• Advise channel owners on audience, message, timing, and coordinated campaign execution.
• Analyze customer‑segment and campaign performance and recommend changes to improve customer engagement and order frequency.
• Establish and improve campaign processes, including intake, creative briefs, quality reviews, documentation, and post‑campaign analysis.
• Collaborate with analytics and database marketing teams to design tests, evaluate results, and incorporate findings into future marketing plans.
• Review promotional frameworks, creative direction, and campaign readiness and recommend changes needed to align with business objectives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent related professional experience.
• Experience developing and executing cross‑channel marketing programs involving customer segmentation and lifecycle objectives.
• Experience coordinating multiple marketing initiatives and deliverables across functional teams.

• Experience in business‑to‑business, eCommerce, or multichannel retail marketing.
• Experience with marketing workflow or campaign‑management platforms, such as Workfront, and with test‑and‑learn measurement practices.
