Job Description Crescent Foods, a premium halal meat brand, seeks an experienced Ecommerce Manager to lead and optimize all direct-to-consumer and marketplace sales channels. This role combines platform operations, marketing strategy, and data analytics to drive revenue across multiple digital channels.###
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee daily operations and order management across Shopify, Walmart Marketplace, Amazon, Door Dash, and Costco platforms
* Develop and execute weekly promotional campaigns in partnership with the marketing team
* Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing daily data-driven recommendations to optimize channel revenue
* Optimize product listings across all platforms — manage images, tags, attributes, and ensure SEO-optimized product descriptions
* Create promotional content using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Canva (banners, product photography mock-ups, supplemental marketing materials)
* Maintain regular communication with third-party platform representatives (bi-weekly) to address technical issues and improve platform performance
* Conduct competitive analysis and develop affiliate marketing programs
* Prepare monthly analytics reports with actionable insights for ongoing strategy refinement
* Coordinate inventory management across all sales channels to ensure availability and prevent overselling### Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience
* 3+ years of ecommerce or digital marketing experience
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
* Expert-level knowledge of ecommerce platforms, with demonstrated Shopify management experience
* Proficiency in Google Analytics, SEO optimization, and marketing automation platforms
