This role is with Syneos Health's end-client, Takeda, and this person would be joining Takeda's R&D of the Future (RDoF) Digital Content Creation Program. Change Management (CM) lead responsible for developing and executing adoption, communication, stakeholder engagement, and change readiness activities supporting the R&D of the Future Digital Content Creation initiative.
