Sanity is looking for a Senior Designer who can take a brand with a strong point of view and make it show up everywhere: campaigns, events, social media, web, and the occasional odd idea that becomes the thing people remember from a conference. You’ll help build the Sanity brand by designing the assets that carry it into the world.
In this role, you’ll shape how Sanity looks and feels in the market. You’ll work closely with the Sr. Creative Director of marketing to turn product launches, events, and campaigns into work that stands out in a category full of lookalike B2B design. Some weeks that means a full campaign system for an event; other weeks it’s a booth, a social series, sometimes digital ads or OOH or a deck.
Do you love variety? Are you a tastemaker? If designing a conference booth one week, a product launch campaign the next, and complex web UI/UX projects the week after sounds like the perfect month, this role is for you.
What you would do:Create marketing assets across the full range: campaign visuals, social media graphics, web and landing page graphics, sales collateral, digital ads, out of home, decks, swag, and print
Drive the design of our web presence by creating high-converting, responsive landing pages and interactive digital experiences that align with our brand design system and optimize user engagement
Define and evangelize a cohesive web UI/UX design language that scales across our digital properties, ensuring that navigation, interaction patterns, and visual components are intuitive, accessible, and high-performing
Help build and steward the Sanity brand: apply it consistently, push it forward where it’s getting stale, and protect it where it matters
Own event design end to end: booths, banners, signage, badges, slides, and swag for conferences, sponsor ships, and hosted events
Design for social: reusable templates the team can run with, plus one-off pieces for launches and moments worth showing off
Partner with Sr. Creative Director of marketing on launches, translating positioning into visuals that make people stop scrolling
Build and maintain shared asset libraries and templates so the whole team ships faster without quality slipping when possible
Collaborate with other designers in the marketing team to support each other and elevate the brand into the future
Iterate based on what performs: watch how assets do in the wild and use that to sharpen the next round
Expect occasional travel to support flagship events
Location:
US/Remote8+ years in marketing design, brand design, or a similar role, in-house or at an agency
A portfolio that shows range: campaign work, event design, social, digital, and ideally some print
Strong core skills in typography, layout, and color, and fluency in Figma and the Adobe suite. Understanding of motion graphics is a plus
Web UI/UX Mastery:
You have a deep understanding of web design principles, including component-based design systems, responsive layouts, and user-centric navigation. You don’t just design pages; you design experiences that guide users, optimize for conversion, and maintain visual coherence across our digital ecosystemSystems thinker: you build templates and guidelines that make other people’s work better, not just polished one-offs
Comfortable juggling multiple projects with fast turnarounds, and…
