The company operates an international e-commerce product in the gaming space, a category leader in the US and Europe with a large global user base and eight-figure annual revenue. It has a mature product, serious budgets, a product-driven culture, low bureaucracy, and encourages experiments, including AI-driven ones.

• Own Google Ads and Microsoft Ads accounts across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Demand Gen, Display, and You Tube
• Build paid search strategies around business goals
• Optimize bids, budgets, and account structures for revenue, ROAS, and CPA
• Conduct advanced keyword research and semantic expansion, and manage negative keywords and match types
• Run and scale A/B tests across ads, creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies
• Analyze performance through GA4, including Explorations, funnels, attribution, and e-commerce, plus end-to-end analytics
• Drive full-funnel paid growth through product feed optimization, remarketing, and US/EU scaling

• 5–8 Years of recent, continuous hands-on Google Ads and Microsoft Ads experience, not merely overseeing campaigns run by someone else
• Experience with international, large-budget accounts across US and EU markets
• Knowledge of smart bidding (tROAS, tCPA, value-based bidding), auction mechanics, ad rank, and Quality Score
• Expert-level proficiency in Google Ads Editor, Microsoft Advertising Editor, Excel/Sheets, pivot tables, and reporting
• 5+ Years of experience with e-commerce products, focused on revenue, ROAS, CPA, and LTV
• Fluent English, written and spoken
