As the Senior Director of Partner Product Marketing and Alliances
, you will lead the global strategy and execution for all product marketing functions related to partners and drive joint demand with our key Alliances partners. Reporting to the VP of Americas Field and Global Partner Marketing
, you will lead a high-impact team working closely with partner leaders across the organization, including Technical Alliances, Partner Sales, Product Marketing, Product Management, and Regional Marketing leadership in AMER, EMEA, and APJ.

You will own product marketing strategy across our partner ecosystem—optimizing Okta's strategic relationships with Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), Cloud Service Providers (CSPs), Global Systems Integrators (GSIs), and Solution Providers (VARs/resellers). Your mission is to accelerate partner-influenced pipeline and revenue by developing compelling "better together" messaging, go-to-market content, sales enablement materials, and joint co-marketing plans. The qualified candidate will have a deep understanding of Agentic AI with a shared vision of how Okta’s platform can integrate with third parties to help enterprise customers safely leverage the power of AI.
