LOCATION: Chicago, Illinois, (currently hybrid remote/in-office schedule)
SALARY RANGE: $47,009 - $62,370 (range commensurate with experience)

All Chicago MHH’s mission is to unite our community and resources to provide solutions that ensure and sustain the stability of home. The 2025 Chicago Point in Time Count estimated 7,452 people experiencing homelessness on a given day. These are our neighbors and together we can ensure that we all have stable homes.
All Chicago MHH prevents and ends homelessness through emergency financial assistance, community partnerships, data analytics, and training and research. We strengthen our community’s collective efforts to prevent and end homelessness, guided by a vision of impact, influence, and inspiration. Position SummaryWe are looking for a Program Coordinator to serve a critical role in analyzing data, providing technical assistance, and coordinating activities to engage the homeless services system in the strategic use of data to reduce homelessness.

- Creates presentations, guides, or summaries that share insights about performance data. This includes conducting analysis, compiling information, writing narratives, and creating tables and visualizations. Identifies steps, provides updates to supervisor, and raises issues that arise.
- Develops training and technical assistance materials on Homeless Management Information System (HMIS) data entry, workflows, reports, and quality. Development of these materials is tied to specific needs for performance improvement in the Chicago CoC.
- Implements data improvement cycles by establishing procedures, organizing required steps, collecting data and feedback, scheduling meetings, preparing materials, drafting communications, etc. Develops and manages documented, repeatable processes and proposes strategies for improving upon them.
- Creates materials such as data charts and plans to document the metrics, benchmarks, and data sources used in monitoring and measuring performance outcomes.
- Provides timely and clear communication to internal and external stakeholders by drafting agendas, presentations, emails, communication plans, meeting notes, etc. Proactively identifies the communication aspects of project coordination and ensures follow-through and effective customer service.
- Identifies professional development goals and actively works to attain them. Goals include skill development related to the use, management, and analysis of data.
- Tracks, coordinates, and implements the evaluation of CoC-funded projects through activities such as creating instruction manuals, trainings, submission forms, and providing technical assistance to projects.
- Sets meeting agendas with research partners, tracks status of research projects, and reviews research study materials to communicate about issues, progress and tasks.
- Maintains organizational files and documents in SharePoint for team collaboration and projects.
