About A&N Career Services Project
The A&N Career Services Project is a workforce and career mobility initiative focused on expanding access to opportunity for individuals navigating career transitions and long-term advancement. Our work extends beyond cohort-based experiences to include employer engagement, professional convenings, ecosystem partnerships, and advancement pathways that reinforce sustained mobility. We operate with an emphasis on accountability, measurable outcomes, and coordinated support that connects preparation, exposure, and access.
Through collaboration with employers, professionals, and community partners, we are building a professional ecosystem that strengthens workforce alignment while supporting individual growth. The A&N Career Services Project operates under a fiscally sponsored model through a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, ensuring governance, accountability, and charitable oversight.
A&N Career Services Project is seeking Social Media Content Specialists to support the consistent posting and visibility of Project content across social media platforms during a 12-week volunteer cohort beginning February 2026. In this role, you will be responsible for translating what the Project is actively doing into timely, relevant social media posts. This includes sharing updates related to program launches, workforce initiatives, cohorts, events, and partnerships.
You will collaborate with other volunteers and Project leadership to ensure messaging is aligned, accurate, and reflective of the Project’s mission and values. Multiple volunteers will be selected to support posting across platforms, including Linked In, X (Twitter), and Tik Tok.
- Post approved and aligned content across Linked In, X (Twitter), and Tik Tok
- Identify post-worthy moments based on Project activities and milestones
- Draft clear, concise captions aligned with Project messaging
- Upload visuals or short-form content using tools such as Canva, Adobe Express, or native platform tools
- Support consistent posting based on a shared content calendar
- Monitor posts for basic engagement and flag relevant interactions or trends
- Coordinate with other Social Media Content Specialists to ensure coverage and consistency
- Collaborate with Project leadership and communications volunteers to stay aligned on priorities
More than one volunteer may be selected for this role based on project needs.
Time Commitment- Approximately 10-12 hours per week
- Weekday availability required
- Are very comfortable using social media platforms, especially Linked In, X (Twitter), or Tik Tok
- Enjoy creating and posting content tied to real-time activity
- Can independently recognize what is relevant or timely to share
- Write clearly and adapt tone for different platforms
- Are organized, reliable, and responsive
- Enjoy collaborating with others while managing your own responsibilities
- Want to contribute to the public launch and visibility of a mission-driven initiative
