We are seeking passionate, committed and innovative leaders to join our team during this exciting point of inflection.

City Year Chicago is seeking a Senior Impact Director (SID), who is responsible for the overall management and execution of the day-to-day Impact operations and achievement of service outcomes. Reporting directly to the Managing Director of Impact, the SID is responsible for collaborating with the Impact Operations and Service Senior Directors to meet all departmental goals and support the overall development and management of the staff.

The SID supervises 4-6 Impact Directors who directly manage 14-18 Impact Managers, and up to 31 school partner school relationships where we deploy nearly 200 Ameri Corps into national service.

The SID oversees the implementation of all Impact aspects of the City Year Impact, including the management and accountability of Impact Directors and Impact Managers in delivering our service, identifying professional development needs and opportunities, strengthening school partner relationships and supporting the Ameri Corps member experience.

The SID is also responsible for working to promote the long‑term sustainability of the site, fostering strategic relationships with various stakeholders, serving on committees, and providing insight and vision as a resource catalyst. The SID also serves on the Site Leadership Team to support strategic planning for events, initiatives, and retreats to foster interdepartmental collaboration and organizational leadership. The salary range for this role is $85,000 - $95,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
