Part-Time Community Engagement and Office Coordinator

We’re seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and motivated addition to our Office Team. This is a dynamic position that plays a critical role our operating. The right person will not be bored!

Responsibilities include:

• Events:
  Assist with preparation of Sundays (in person and live stream production; plus a social hour with coffee / food every week); special events: picnics, classes, workshops, fundraisers
• Communications:
  Create weekly e-newsletter, update website
• Community Outreach: create and organize outreach opportunities, lead events, develop and foster strong relationships with volunteers and community partners
• Administration: handling bills, processing invoices, mailing campaigns, email/phone correspondence, order office supplies, maintain accurate records, etc.
• Misc. assistance to media coordinator, youth leader, senior minister

This part‑time position is part of a small staff of 3 and directly supports the Operations Manager. We’re constantly building and optimizing our practices through our collaborations so strong communication, team‑building skills, and creativity are a must! In-office hours are currently Wednesdays, Thursdays from 10am‑5/6pm and Sundays 10am‑2pm to support and assist with events and service programs. Plus occasional after hours classes and workshops.
