A community youth organization in Chicago seeks a Program Supervisor to implement and manage the Teen REACH Program. The ideal candidate will coordinate staff, supervise daily operations, and lead outreach efforts to recruit and retain youth participants. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s Degree, strong planning and communication skills, and a friendly demeanor. Knowledge of youth development is essential.

Experience with First Aid/CPR is preferred but can be trained.
