Quigley for Chicago is seeking to hire multiple Regional Organizing Directors to oversee field operations within assigned regions of Chicago, ensuring strong, consistent voter engagement across the campaign.

: $5,000 / Monthly, plus $500 stipend for health insurance

Responsibilities
  • Execute the campaign’s field plan within an assigned region of Chicago
  • Recruit, train, and manage volunteers and campaign fellows
  • Lead training, launch and support of canvassing, phone banks, and voter outreach efforts
  • Meet weekly goals for voter contact and petition signature collection.
  • Build and maintain relationships with local stakeholders, including elected officials, community leaders, faith leaders, and business owners
  • Serve as the campaign’s primary point of contact in your region
  • Track and report field data accurately and consistently
  • Adhere to central, aligned messaging as communicated by the Field Director
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and energetic organizing culture
Experience, Skills, and Characteristics
  • Prior campaign or organizing experience required (1–3 cycles as a field organizer ideal)
  • Strong leadership skills and experience managing people or teams
  • Deep familiarity with Chicago’s various neighborhoods, communities, and political history
  • Experience recruiting, training, and motivating volunteers
  • Excellent interpersonal and community engagement skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Ability to take ownership of a region and work independently within a larger strategy
  • Experience and competency with NGP VAN/ Vote builder required
  • Willingness to work evenings and weekends
  • Excitement about building a bold, community-driven campaign
