Law Enforcement Outreach Manager

The Law Enforcement Outreach Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing outreach programs to build and maintain positive relationships with law enforcement agencies. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups, and a deep understanding of community policing and outreach strategies.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and executing outreach initiatives to foster positive relationships with law enforcement agencies.
• Organizing and facilitating community engagement events and training sessions.
• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to promote community safety and awareness.
• Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of outreach programs and making recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Public Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of three years of experience in community outreach, law enforcement, or a related area.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
