The Archdiocese of Chicago is seeking a Manager, Lead Gifts to play a key role in achieving fundraising goals by engaging with major donors and coordinating lead gift activities. The ideal candidate will support the Archbishop’s fundraising efforts and manage communications related to donor engagement.
With a Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of fundraising experience, you will lead key operational meetings and ensure that donor activities are tracked effectively. A passion for the mission of the Archdiocese and confidentiality is essential in this role.
The position offers a competitive salary range of $85,000-$132,000 along with a comprehensive benefits package.
