Borealis Philanthropy seeks a Program Associate for the Disability Inclusion Fund to support initiatives strengthening the disability justice movement. Responsibilities include grantmaking, meeting coordination, fundraising, budgeting, and administrative support.
The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years in the nonprofit sector with a strong interest in disability justice. They will coordinate donor meets, prepare reports, and manage budgets while working virtually with a diverse team.
Compensation includes a salary range of $60,000–$75,000 along with benefits like health insurance, 401k, and generous PTO.
