FCA in Chicago seeks a Director of Advancement to grow the ministry by praying, staffing, and funding the area through Ministry, Board, Donor, Talent and International channels. The Director reports to the Regional VP and collaborates with staff and boards to fulfill the FCA Vision, Mission, and Values.
This role leads fundraising, recruitment, training, and donor stewardship, builds multi-channel campaigns, and travels as needed to engage donors and partners while upholding biblical standards.
