Upward Community is looking for a relationship driven
Director of Development
to lead and grow our fundraising efforts and help move our mission forward.
If you’re passionate about building meaningful relationships, growing resources, and making an impact in the community, we’d love to meet you.
You’ll Help Us- Build strong donor relationships
- Grow major gifts and giving
- Lead fundraising strategy and campaigns
- Pursue grants and new opportunities
- Partner with organizational leadership and our board
You’ll work closely with our Executive Director, leadership team, board, donors, and community partners to strengthen existing relationships, cultivate new opportunities, and support the continued growth of Upward Community.
