Goodman Theatre is seeking a Manager of Individual Giving and Major Gifts to lead planning and execution of major donor programs in Chicago. You will manage a portfolio, secure multi-million goals, and collaborate with volunteers and staff to develop compelling gift opportunities and sponsorship materials.
You will leverage Tessitura and Excel for data-driven donor engagement, coordinate stewardship events, and ensure outcomes align with the theatre’s fundraising objectives and DEI commitments.
