AIDS Healthcare Foundation (AHF) in partnership with South Side Help Center seeks a Program Coordinator for the Youth Mentoring Program to advance youth ages 10–21 through mentoring relationships, development opportunities, and access to resources.
You will manage day-to-day operations, maintain caseloads, conduct mentoring sessions, and recruit volunteers while coordinating matches and family communications. The role requires empathy, organization, and commitment to youth empowerment.
