For every dollar we invest in staff, we provide triple inpro bonoservices to our clients, with nearly $15 million invested in our region’s thorniest challenges annually since 2010.

The Development Director will report to the Chief Operating Officer and serve as a member of Civic Consulting Alliance’s growing Development and Communications Team (which also includes our Senior Associate of Development and Communications, with part-time support from an Operations Associate, and a client-facing Associate Principal, and Associate). Furthermore, they will collaborate closely with Civic Consulting Alliance’s leadership (Chief Executive Officer, Management Team, and Board) to develop and implement fundraising strategies to support the organization’s strategic plan.
