NCSY, a program of the Orthodox Union (OU), seeks a part‑time 4G Director to inspire and empower frum girls through regular Shabbat events, chaburah sessions, and Shabbaton programming in local schools. The role focuses on building a strong 4G culture, recruiting volunteers, and fostering relationships with schools and community leaders.
The Director will oversee weekly activities, manage a teen board, coordinate a large annual girls’ Shabbaton, and support annual fundraising efforts.
